The Parabot is available as a compressed ZIP-file that you have to extract into your Half-Life directory
(be sure to enable the options "Use folder names" and "All files").
It will generate a new Parabot-folder with all necessary files, including a Readme with further information.
Download 0.7-version (206k) You have to run the new "install.bat" files after unpacking (see Readme.txt)!
The config-files have been extended this time so you can't keep your old ones.
I'd even recommend to delete your NavigationFiles-folder since I can't guarantee
that all the new features will work with the old routefiles.
