As 3D first-person shooters had never really been console games before the arrival of the N64 the amount of bot enabled games on consoles was limited.
Since then though several N64 games have appeared with bots and there are rumours of bots in the upcoming Quake II port for the N64.
Duke Nukem 64

There are bots in Duke Nukem 64 but, according to Daniel Presland, they aren't too great (neither's the game he says).
If you want to play good bots on the N64, Forsaken is probably a better bet.
Forsaken Bots

There are bots in the N64 version of Forsaken (but not in other formats of the game, such as PC) and from reports it would seem they are pretty good.
Of course you'll have to buy/borrow the game to find out...
